SHIPPING, TAXES & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Orders placed Monday – Friday before noon typically ship within 24 hours, During peak periods, orders can take 2-3 days to process.
- We ship Monday through Friday via USPS for standard & priority shipping orders, or UPS for expedited orders (2-Day and Next Day.)
- If you provided an email, you will receive confirmation of your shipment once your order has shipped.
- If you receive a shipment notification outside of regular business hours, tracking for your package will be available the next business day.
- Orders shipped to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, APO and FPO will ship using USPS standard shipping only.
- Free shipping offers are limited to domestic ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Expedited shipping methods (2-Day and Next Day) exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) Pacific Time will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday.

- Canada, Europe, & Australia - Enter address details at checkout for shipping options and current carrier rates.

- Duties and taxes are solely determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. If incurred, duties and taxes will be due upon delivery. Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not billable or refundable by The Good Collective, Inc.
- Additional transit time is necessary for shipments to clear through international customs. Delivery dates are carrier estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

RETURN POLICY
Our Guarantee: Our handmade products are as individual as you are. If you don't love your unique piece, send it back and we'll make it right.
To start a return, simply click Start a Return for a self-guided return process. If you are having trouble locating your order information, or need additional assistance with your return, contact our customer service department at hello@thegoodcollective.com or (800) 346-7226 ext. 3.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in original, saleable condition for a full refund of the purchase price. All sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If you choose to use a return shipping label from The Good Collective, $5 will be deducted from your refund amount for jewelry returns or $9 will be deducted for bag returns over 1 lb (most purses and totes.)
- Original shipping expense is not eligible for refund on returned items.
- Return shipping fee and replacement shipping will be waived on replacements, exchanges or store credit.
- The original purchase price of the returned item(s) will be credited to the original purchaser once the return is received.
- Authorized RMAs which have not been postmarked within 28 days of issue will only be eligible for store credit.
- Credit for returns is generally processed within 48 hours of return receipt. Depending on return shipping time, a return credit refund could take 7-10 days.
- Pack all items to be returned securely in a small unmarked box. Do not use an envelope to return jewelry. Damages and/or charges incurred from improper packaging are subject to additional return fees.
- IMPORTANT: If you chose expedited or priority shipping for your order, please do not use the carrier-branded box to return your goods. Improper packaging may result in return processing delays.
- Returns must be sent in via a trackable method if you choose to use your own return label.
- Items purchased at warehouse or sample sales are non-refundable.
- Baroni or Tomas Items purchased at a retail store should returned to the store where they were purchased.
