Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING, TAXES & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We ship Monday through Friday via USPS for standard & priority shipping orders, or UPS for expedited orders (2-Day and Next Day).
  • If you provided an email, you will receive confirmation of your shipment once your order has shipped.
  • If you receive a shipment notification outside of regular business hours, tracking for your package will be available the next business day.
  • Orders shipped to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, APO and FPO will ship using USPS standard shipping only.
  • Free shipping offers are limited to domestic ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
  • Expedited shipping methods (2-Day and Next Day) exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) Pacific Time will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday.
  • International shipping:
    • Canada, Europe, & Australia - Enter address details at checkout for shipping options and current carrier rates.
    • All other countries - please contact us at hello@thegoodcollective.com for carrier options and pricing.
    • Duties and taxes are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. If incurred, duties and taxes will be due upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not billable or refundable by The Good Collective, Inc.
    • Additional transit time is necessary for shipments to clear through international customs. Delivery dates are carrier estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Our handmade products are as individual as you are. If you don't love your unique piece, send it back and we'll make it right.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS 🎁

To accommodate seasonal gifting, items purchased on or after October 1, 2025 can be returned through January 10, 2026*. For a full refund, items must be returned in original, saleable condition. Refunds can be issued to the original method of payment or to a Gift Card.
* All items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE DETAILS (applies to domestic orders only)

  • Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment.
  • Exchanges and returns for store credit are free.
  • Returns for refund using our label incur a fee:
    • $5 for jewelry
    • $9 for bags over 1lb (most purses and totes)
  • You may also return using your own trackable and insured shipping method; otherwise, any loss or damage will be your responsibility.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased at warehouse or sample sales are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Products purchased from retail stores (The Good Collective or Tomas) must be returned to the store of purchase.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING GUIDELINES

  • Pack items securely in a small, unmarked box.
  • Do not use envelopes for jewelry returns.
  • Avoid using carrier-branded boxes from expedited shipping services—this may cause delays.
  • Improper packaging may result in delays or additional return fees.
  • RMAs not postmarked within 28 days of issue will be eligible for store credit only.

PROCESSING & REFUNDS

  • Refunds and return credits are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt. Processing may take longer during peak periods.
  • Once processed, refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. Contact your financial institution for more details.
